与安慰剂联用氟维司群相比，每日两次 阿贝西利 150 mg 联合氟维司群，连续服用，显著改善了 PFS、OS和 ORR 并且耐受性普遍良好。对于在接受ET治疗期间疾病进展的 HR+、HER2- 晚期乳腺癌患者，阿贝西利联合氟维司群是一种有效的治疗方法。^1-3
